• An Essential Oil Making workshop inspired by Ayurveda, inviting you to explore balance through scent as you create a custom blend spray to take home as a personal reminder of your intention
• Spacious time to enjoy the coastline, with opportunities for quiet beach walks and reflection, weather permitting
• Nourishing meals throughout the weekend, thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients
