Gather & Ground: A Seasonal Yoga Retreat (Deposit)

After the meaningful time we spent together last year, we felt a clear call to return. The presence, connection, and sense of community that unfolded along the coast stayed with us long after we came home. It felt grounding, spacious, and deeply nourishing. Because of that, we are offering our coastal retreat again in 2026.

• An expanded two-hour spa immersion with full access to spa amenities, including the steam room, sauna, choice of two soaking pools, and a fireside bay-view relaxation space overlooking Siletz Bay
• An Essential Oil Making workshop inspired by Ayurveda, inviting you to explore balance through scent as you create a custom blend spray to take home as a personal reminder of your intention

In Home Group Soundbath Experience

Gather in the comfort of your own space for a deeply calming and restorative group soundbath. This shared experience is designed to help everyone slow down release stress and reconnect through the healing power of sound.

I bring crystal singing bowls and thoughtfully create a peaceful environment within your home. The session begins with gentle grounding and guided breathwork followed by a soothing sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The vibrations support nervous system regulation emotional balance and deep rest.

Group soundbaths are perfect for friends', family, wellness gatherings, retreat celebrations or intentional self-care nights. No prior experience is needed. Just arrive as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Available for small groups of 6 or more and customizable to fit your space and intentions.
