Yes — and this is actually the most common thing I hear. Flexibility is not a prerequisite; it's often an outcome. We start exactly where you are. The practices are adapted to your current range of motion and your nervous system's capacity. You don't need to be able to touch your toes. You just need to show up.
Yoga and PT are both valuable — but they typically work top-down, asking the body to perform movements. This mentorship works bottom-up, training your nervous system to regulate itself first, so movement becomes genuinely available rather than forced. It's a fundamentally different approach, and it's why it works when other things haven't.
Our weekly sessions are 60 minutes. Your daily practice is typically 15–25 minutes — designed to fit into a real, busy life. Many clients do their practice first thing in the morning or as a wind-down before bed. The protocol is built around your schedule, not the other way around.
Sessions are held virtually via video call, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home or office. This also makes it easier to practice in the environment where you actually experience stress — which often accelerates results.
You leave with a complete, personalized protocol that's yours to keep. Many clients continue independently with confidence, while others choose to continue with ongoing monthly support. We discuss your best path forward in our closing integration session.
